1. Mobile Patrol Services2024-10-13T03:30:00+11:00

1. Mobile Patrol Services

The security provider will be responsible for patrolling the shopping centre at various times throughout the day and night. We require coverage during peak shopping hours and overnight. Proposals should include:

  • The recommended number of patrols during peak shopping hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) when activity is highest.
  • Patrol schedules and frequency for off-peak hours and overnight (9:00 PM to 5:30 AM).
  • Patrol procedures, such as checking car parks, entry points, and handling any incidents or security threats.
2. On-the-Ground Security Personnel2024-10-10T22:51:26+11:00

We require on-site security personnel at different times of the day, depending on the centre’s activity levels. The proposal should provide quotes for:

  • Option 1: One security officer covering both peak hours and overnight shifts.
  • Option 2: Two security officers during busier periods and overnight for enhanced coverage.

Please recommend the most efficient strategy for ensuring the safety of the centre during both daytime and night-time hours, aiming for effective coverage at competitive rates.

3. Recommendations for Optimal Coverage2024-10-10T22:51:01+11:00

  • High-traffic times (e.g. 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
  • Low-traffic and overnight hours (e.g. 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM).

This will help ensure that we maintain robust security while optimising costs.
