At around 8:40 a.m. I was meeting with Frank Camaleri (Centre Cleaning Team) discussing various works going on including the recently planted garden area and the noisy gate near the toilet area of the Centre.
Frank had been oiling the gate in response to a noise complaint that was made to Cedary Bakery about the gate being too loud. I have no details regarding the particular complainant.
Although Cedary Bakery was closed, the owner Joe approached us from the neighborhood with his mother. Joe was very insistent that the gate needed to be opened well before 5 a.m. and that he would not open the gate as he had been, because it was not his responsibility. He said he needs his customers to have access from that opening when the open at 6 a.m. The cleaners typically open the other gates when they arrive between 6 and 7 a.m.
Joe continued on to say there were options – someone else could open the gate or he would break the lock and do it. (He presently has the gate key.) I was really unclear about the options he put forward as they did not seem to be a solution to the problem that was discussed, he simply seemed unhappy and felt a need to direct his anger and dissatisfaction at Frank and I regarding the gate.
I’m documenting this here to create a record of the exchange as I feel that there is an ongoing level of agitation and dissatisfaction that is being projected out by this owner and am unclear if it may continue to escalate and to what end.
Additionally, I believe the committee need to provide some formal determination about gate opening time and process to be sent to Joe at Cedary Bakery and that I can share with the Cleaners.

At approximately 9:00 a.m., as I was walking to my car to leave the Shopping Centre, I observed an Endeavour Energy Incident van in the carpark near my vehicle. I then saw someone who appeared to be an Endeavour Employee with John, one of the two owner’s of the BNK. I waited to see what they were doing and observed them heading to the meter room. While I watched from the end of the alleyway, they attempted to enter the meter room and when they were unable, John called me over. He said that the Endeavour Employee needed access to read the meter in the room and his key didn’t work and that the EE Employee had approached him for access. I asked the Endeavour person if he needed to read the meter and he said he would need to gain access to the room. So I opened the door and told him that there was currently a court order prohibiting the BNKs entry from the Meter room.
He (EE Employee) walked in, followed by John (BNK owner). Then John called someone and started yelling about how “they’ve cut out our cables”, at which time I directly asked the Endeavour employee why he wanted access to the room. He then said he’d been asked by the bank to connect the meter.
At which time I told them they needed to exit the meter room, which they did and I locked. After exiting the room, John started yelling expletives directed at myself and at the Strata Manager, Darren. Specifically he also said, “tell Darren, I’ll F his mother”. He said he would F us all. Naming me specifically in addition to Darren.
I walked by him in the alleyway toward the carpark and told him I would not engage with his aggressive behaviour, to which he replied with more aggressive commentary.
I then approached the EE Employee and informed him again of the court order and asked for his contact information letting him know he would likely be contacted for a statement as a court order had just been breached.
Andrew Funnell (131000) He said to contact the general number. I shared this information with DG (Strata Mgr) to follow up as needed.
As I drove out of the carpark, John and the two men who had been with him the entire time this was happening stared at me as I left.

2 male and one female trying to breaking into price Mart shop at 0912pm. I saw them through the Camera I try go to them but roller shutter down so I yelled out. They walked fast toward the Chinese Restaurant and then out from shopping centre I contacted Liverpool Police station. I informed them what happen. Police arrival at 0940pm I showed the officer footage. They believe they saw them at McDonald’s. They left to see where they went. Later on I saw a female working at pub next door. She told me those three trying to breaking into the pub as well.

0220pm Been approach by few teenagers that one of there bike got stolen front of the coffee shop cedar bakery.
Approximately 0212pm male stole one of the kid bike front of the coffee shop. Please check the camera of garbage bin
Postoffice cameras the male at 1357 went to post office and before that went to Woolworth.

After talking to a delivery driver of a delivery truck rego number CP43ZD to not to park at the bin area, the owner of the Lebanese restaurant came out and have a big argument about not to talk to any delivery comes to him and threatened me with his lawyer wife and the police of lodging a legal complaint about keeping asking delivery to move on and not to park at the bin area. It’s not the first time as he threatened me multiple times with his lawyer wife of every customer or delivery drivers parking illegally belongs to him.
